Ahh, food! Before you read on...a disclaimer. I have NEVER been good at dieting or eating healthy. It's always been a struggle. Then after having a baby, I hardly recognized the person I saw in photos. I decided to try Keto for two weeks, and, well, the rest is history!
I've often been asked about my experiences with Keto, so I promised some friends I'd blog it out. In these posts you'll find tips and tricks, favorite products and favorite recipes.
While we're at it, though, I'll share that I am definitely not 100% keto all the time. Now that I'm in the range of where I want to be, I go off of keto, and jump right back on when I get to the top of my desired range. Scroll down to see some of my family favorite non-keto recipes as well!
